Medical Experts Flow through Geneva

E-AHPBA and the Swiss Local Organizing Committee are currently organising the 13th IHPBA (International Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association) World Congress taking place at PALEXPO, a few minutes away from Lake Geneva, with 4,000 participants. The congress, which started yesterday and is set to go on until September 7, takes place in Europe very six years and offers a significant opportunity to gain professional experience and knowledge in the Hepato Pancreato Biliary field.

A comprehensive scientific programme includes symposia, keynote lectures, abstract presentations and video symposia. Abstracts are invited from HPB surgeons worldwide. The exhibition and social functions provide many opportunities to network and exchange ideas with fellow professionals and friends. New to this year’s World Congress is the participation of 13 international sister societies that will exchange expertise within the setting of specially dedicated symposia.
