PCMA and Brussels Work to Strengthen Education for Associations

PCMA (Professional Convention Management Association) has announced its collaboration with visit.brussels to enhance the education programme of the sixth European Association Summit (EAS), taking place in Brussels on 8-9 March 2018.

As part of the Summit, PCMA will provide its senior level education expertise as well as speaker and moderator support, whereas visit.brussels will be in charge of the strategy, communications, structure and format of the event. In particular, on the second day of the event participants will learn about the factors that drive engaging event experiences, as well as ways to effectively evaluate events to increase audience engagement during a topical session led by Luca Favetta, PCMA Regional Business Director, EMEA, entitled The Age of Business Event Engagement: An Audience Centric Approach to Building Community. PCMA will have the opportunity to share knowledge and consult with industry leaders in Brussels.

The EAS, organised in collaboration with leading partners in the sector – ESAE (European Society of Association Executives), FAIB (Federation of European & International Associations Based in Belgium), UIA (Union of International Associations), the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) and PCMA – has become an unmissable opportunity for industry professionals to share information and knowledge, and network with other international association professionals.
