The European Society of Association Executives (ESAE), partner of Boardroom. has worked on a full revision of its programme, adapting to the new work reality due to the pandemic. The result is a new cycle of digital activities which will help association executives connect and find ways to collectively bounce back.
The “Bring your own coffee” event, set to take place on 16 April, is an ESAE peer to peer gathering to discuss challenges association professionals are confronted with tases days. On 28 April the webinar “Events: Going Virtual” will look into cancellations of meetings and alternative solutions from a practical perspective, exploring case studies and looking at tools and software available to support associations. The webinar will be interactive, allowing participants to post questions and the session will be built around feedback collected by ESAE members in advance through a brief survey.
Similarly, on 5 May, under the title “COVID-19 Financial Impact on Associations”, participants will have the chance to exchange ideas with experts and peers in a virtual panel discussion on the financial impact of the crisis to associations’ budgets. On 14 May, leaders can exchange case studies during the webinar “Leadership in time of crisis”, whereas on 5 June case studies will be shared of how Covid-19 has impacted on membership engagement strategies and how associations are empowering their members to stay connected, during the “Membership – Digital Engagement Strategies” event.
