The Palacongressi of Rimini has been following safety measures for a while now. Platforms for online registration enabling easy management and control of entrances and exits, temperature checks, mandatory masks and widespread distribution of sanitizing gel are available along with the Temple and Piazza rooms set up as TV studios in order to hold safe hybrid events.
Which is why the conference centre is now busy again. From 11 to 13 September the GOI (Grand Orient of Italy) will meet again after postponing the event in April because of the lockdown. The new dates have been confirmed with the staff of the Events & Congress division of the Italian Exhibition Group and the theme was chosen to be “United in diversity”.
Despite the limited audience because of safety regulations, between 13 and 16 September, the international conference Computing in Cardiology 2020 will also take place. Over 250 will follow the conference both in person and with online connections throughout Europe for an event dedicated to the latest frontiers of bioengineering applied to clinical cardiology and cardiovascular physiology.
