PCMA has officially opened applications for the Convening EMEA 2025 Hosted Planner Programme.
With only 25 places available, selected in collaboration with strategic partners, this is an exclusive opportunity to be part of a transformative gathering for the global business events industry.
Taking place in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, from 14–16 October 2025, Convening EMEA will immerse participants in a dynamic three-day programme designed to address the sector’s most pressing challenges through curated content and purposeful connection.
This year’s themes – Future: “Building Tomorrow, Together”, Connection: “Unlocking Potential Through Meaningful Connection”, and Integration by Design: “Seamless, strategic, and sustainable” – form the core of an agenda shaped to inspire progress and collaboration across geographies and sectors.
Selected hosted planners will receive full access to the Convening EMEA 2025 programme, including two nights’ accommodation in Rotterdam, participation in curated offsite exploration tours, a welcome reception and event dinner, catering and refreshments throughout, a local transport pass, and full access to the event’s digital platform before, during and after the event.
