Applications Open for Convening EMEA 2026 Hosted Planner Programme

PCMA has opened applications for the Convening EMEA 2026 Hosted Planner Programme, offering selected business event planners the opportunity to join the organisation’s flagship EMEA gathering in Lisbon.

Taking place from 13–15 September 2026, Convening EMEA will bring together more than 600 participants from across the global business events community for three days of learning, exchange and purposeful connection.

The Hosted Planner Programme is designed for qualified event professionals looking to deepen industry relationships, gain fresh perspectives and engage with peers and partners in a curated setting.

Selected hosted planners will receive registration to Convening EMEA 2026, a choice of offsite Exploration Tour on 13 September, access to the Welcome Party and Celebration Dinner, two nights’ accommodation in Lisbon, participation in a host-led programme, all-access entry to the onsite event and digital platform, refreshments and lunches during the event, as well as post-event access to the platform for 12 months.

The programme’s learning architecture includes five formats: Main Stages focused on macro trends, Level Workshops for career-stage development, Micro Labs addressing practical challenges, Industry Insights built around case studies, and Connection Starters designed for smaller group dialogue.
