Conferli has released two new tools to help associations navigate destination support more consistently: The Association Guide to Subvention – The Practical Edition and a new Global Destination Support Filter within its platform.
“For many associations, destination support remains one of the least transparent elements in conference planning,” says Conferli.
Announced in Zeist on 15 January 2026, the guide is designed for associations that need practical clarity on how subvention works in real decision-making, including the different forms of financial and in-kind support destinations may offer and how engagement can translate into longer-term partnerships.
In parallel, the filter is intended to let associations compare which cities provide which types of support, including financial, in-kind, sustainability and impact-driven initiatives, creating what Conferli describes as a stronger baseline for comparison as costs rise and boards demand greater accountability.
