The European Society of Association Executives (ESAE) have recently released a new report on improving executive skills as an association leader. Building on an interactive workshop in the context of last month’s European Association Summit, ESAE collected insights on the matter from the participants. The result was a comprehensive report available to all ESAE members.
The workshop, themed “Building your Executive Skills Toolkit”, was designed by Dianna Steinbach, MBA and facilitated by Rafael Plata and attended by many European executives who shared their thoughts and experiences.
