On 17 January join the European Society of Association Executives (ESAE) in their first workshop of the year on membership engagement.
In partnership with MCI, a panel of association leaders and round table discussions will attempt a deep dive on how members and customers want to engage and how they rate associations’ performance.
With the title ‘The New Frontier of Member Engagement: Customisation and the Next Generation’, the workshop will offer insights on: Trade Associations Vs the rest; Association in the Health sector Vs the rest; Engaging with Young members Vs the more senior.
