Many associations have a strategy, a budget and a set of KPIs, but too often they sit in separate documents owned by different people.
This half-day interactive workshop, organised by our partners at ESAE, brings CEOs and Board members together to look at how resources are aligned with strategic objectives, and how financial oversight is shared between Board and office. Building on the governance models taught in the Executive Master in International Association Management (EMIAM), participants link strategy to programmes, budgets and KPIs. Topics include the Board’s role in financial oversight, the association’s business model, reading a budget against priorities, forecasting and revenue risks.
The approach is practical, not technical: no accounting background is required.
