The recent Malaysia Business Events Week (MBEW) 2023 shone the spotlight on corporate social responsibility (MyCSR).
Two impactful initiatives were organized with the commitment for collaboration and compassion, marking positive change within and beyond the meetings industry.
Attendees participated in a Blood Donation Drive and a Tree Planting Activity which resulted in a hundreds trees being planted.
Datuk Hajah Saraya Arbi, Interim Chairman of Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB), said: “The tree planting campaign and blood donation drive exemplify our industry’s dedication to making a positive impact beyond business gatherings. Through these initiatives, we have collectively shown that business events can be a force for good, contributing to both environmental sustainability and community welfare.
