Organizing an association congress means balancing attendance, programming and logistics, and needing a venue that adapts to all three. Feria Valencia, the exhibition centre of Valencia, hosts more than 100 events a year and approaches each one with a simple philosophy: no limits.
The team tailors each setup to the needs of the event, whether that means a single plenary room or a full congress with an exhibition alongside it.
Valencia: a city to experience and do business in
Valencia is one of the most well-rounded destinations in the Mediterranean. Renowned for its light, culture, gastronomy and quality of life, it combines leisure, tourism and business in a single place, so your delegates can add the pleasure of the city to the work of the congress.
It is also a well-connected city. More than 100 direct flights link Valencia with major European and domestic cities, including Istanbul and Montreal, and a new route to New York. The airport is just 5 km from Feria Valencia, and the high-speed train (AVE) station is 15 minutes away by taxi.
Global gatherings, proven in Valencia
Feria Valencia has the scale and drawing power to welcome international delegations. It has hosted the 20th World Congress in Fetal Medicine, the 2019 EFIC Congress on pain in Europe, the 4th International Congress on Automatic Doors (ICAD) and MPI’s Global Meeting Industry Day. In 2026 it also hosted AYC 2026, the world’s largest congress for young Adventists, and over the years it has welcomed the congresses of religious congregations of many kinds.
Its environmental and technical events draw attendees from across Europe. They include Solar and Storage Spain, dedicated to solar energy and energy storage; Energy Global Expo & Congress (EGEC); the Desalination Technology Expo, a worldwide exhibition and conference on desalination and water resource treatment; and the BIR World Recycling Convention & Exhibition, which brought together more than 1,000 professionals in 2025.
A commitment to sustainability
Feria Valencia’s goal is to promote an economic model that is profitable while also generating a positive impact on society and the environment. The venue is committed to sustainability across the three pillars of ESG, following a responsible management model that balances economic growth, social well-being and respect for the environment. For Feria Valencia, sustainability is a transversal commitment that guides all of its decisions as a company and within the framework of its activity. For associations whose members expect their events to reflect shared values, this makes the venue a partner aligned with those expectations.

At the heart of this commitment is a solar farm on the roofs of pavilions 1, 2, 3 and 4: 4,600 solar panels with a capacity of 2,450 kW, enough to supply the equivalent of 900 homes. The project also replaces 18,000 light fittings with more efficient ones, cutting installed power by 65%. The result is a 41% saving on the energy bill and 500 tonnes of CO2 avoided every year.
Learning, training & professional development
Feria Valencia also serves the professional and educational community of the Valencian Region. It hosts exams, selection tests and public-sector examinations, scientific meetings such as the 3rd VIO Congress on Plant Bioprotection, and training programs such as those of Level Up, the business school for freelancers and SMEs, as well as course closings like that of Fedefarma, the pharmaceutical distribution cooperative.
“We are a highly versatile, multipurpose space,” says Carina Montagut, Head of Events. “Our facilities have been chosen to host the congresses of religious congregations of many kinds.” Any event, she adds, is possible at Feria Valencia.
