©Léonard Cotte – Unsplash A select group of association executives will convene in Paris on 29 June 2026 for Be Our Guest – Association Edition, an invitation-only event bringing together international association decision-makers and leading European destinations and venues for a focused afternoon of pre-scheduled meetings and peer exchange.
Organised by DBF Events in partnership with the Paris Convention Bureau, the gathering takes place at the Hotel Pullman Montparnasse and is deliberately designed to sidestep the noise of the traditional trade show format. Participation is limited, meetings are scheduled in advance based on each association’s event pipeline, and the emphasis throughout is on relevance and quality of conversation rather than volume of contacts.
The afternoon programme runs from 16:30 with back-to-back 1:1 meetings between association representatives and destination and venue partners. Running alongside the meetings, Boardroom magazine will host a live Insight Hub – an opportunity for attendees to exchange perspectives with peers and engage in the kind of candid, off-the-record conversation that rarely happens on a conference floor. Meetings conclude at 19:30, followed by an optional site inspection and a welcome cocktail and dinner from 20:30.
The participating destinations and venues reflect a strong cross-section of the European congress market: the Paris Convention Bureau, ONLY Lyon Convention Bureau, Catalonia Convention Bureau, ACC Liverpool, Grimaldi Forum Monaco, Beurs van Berlage Amsterdam Conference Centre, Messe & Congress Center Basel, Business Solutions Disneyland Paris, and Marriott Paris Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Center.
Attending associations benefit from a complimentary overnight stay at the Pullman Montparnasse, with travel support available on request. A breakfast on Tuesday 30 June closes the programme for those who choose to stay.
