QSNCC Adds a Logistics Edge to Bangkok’s Exhibition Offer

29th June 2026

Queen Sirikit National Convention Center has launched a Bonded Warehouse service for international exhibitions and events, becoming the first large-scale city-centre venue in Bangkok to offer such a facility.

The new service is designed to simplify temporary import procedures for organisers and exhibitors using QSNCC. As a customs-controlled facility, the Bonded Warehouse allows imported goods for exhibitions and events to be stored and used without requiring import duty guarantees or ATA Carnet documentation, reducing paperwork and improving operational efficiency.

QSNCC has appointed APT Showfreight Thailand as Bonded Warehouse Manager. The company will provide end-to-end support covering import and export handling, customs clearance and delivery of goods directly to exhibition areas.

Surapol Utintu, Chief Executive Officer of QSNCC, said: “The Bonded Warehouse is more than just a new service for organisers and exhibitors. It is an important piece of Thailand’s international exhibition and event ecosystem.” He added that organisers increasingly assess not only venue quality, but also the supporting infrastructure that enables smooth event delivery.

Located in one of Bangkok’s prime commercial districts, QSNCC combines exhibition facilities with direct access to hotels, public transport and business services. The Bonded Warehouse is intended to further strengthen that integrated offer, particularly for international organisers managing complex logistics.

Several major events are already expected to use the service, including Asia Sustainable Energy Week 2026, Thai Water 2026, CPHI Southeast Asia 2026, Food & Hospitality Thailand 2026, Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair 2026 and Jewellery & Gem ASEAN Bangkok 2027.
