The global business events community is set to converge in Rotterdam from 14-16 October 2025 for PCMA Convening EMEA.
Building on the success of Convening EMEA 2024, which united over 600 business event strategists from more than 45 countries, the ambition for 2025 is even greater.
Convening EMEA is a platform designed to foster collaboration, stimulate critical dialogue, and shape the future of business events.
The organisation announced Noreena Hertz, an internationally renowned thought leader, economist, and author, as the opening keynote speaker. As an Honorary Professor at University College London and a regular speaker at the World Economic Forum, Hertz is adept at translating complex global challenges into actionable strategies. Her address at Convening EMEA 2025 will equip business event professionals with the tools to navigate evolving market dynamics, reimagine engagement strategies, and drive meaningful change.
To complement the knowledge-sharing and networking opportunities, curated exploration tours on 14 October will provide an in-depth look at Rotterdam’s approach to innovation, sustainability, and urban transformation. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit: a floating farm, green rooftops, the ‘Cape’ district and do a cycling route.
