The 2022 edition of The Association Engagement Index, an international study on engagement, is ready for launch. Organised by MCI, a global engagement and marketing agency, the Index measures the performance, relationship strength and outcome of engagement tactics based on the feedback of associations’ members and customers.
Participating associations will receive an individual Engagement Index Fact Sheet, including the engagement score, the association’s position in the Index and an overview of principal KPIs.
“We know many associations are grappling with engagement and have no way to measure members’ expectations moving forward,” said Nikki Walker, MCI’s Global Vice President of Engagement, Associations & Communities. “The Association Engagement Index’s solid definition of engagement, its metrics and benchmark provide them with the perfect tool to evaluate the status quo and anticipate tomorrow’s needs.”
