15th December 2025

The Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME) will launch its 2026 edition with its most expansive Knowledge Monday programme to date, setting a robust educational tone ahead of the three-day event.

Taking place on 9 February at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC), the day-long agenda is themed Expertise Matters!, spotlighting the strategic influence of business events professionals across a rapidly evolving global landscape.

Curated in collaboration with El Kwang, Founder of BEAMexperience, and shaped by a regional advisory committee, the programme features three keynote addresses and 22 breakout sessions focused on five core pillars: business strategy and leadership, experience design, technology and data, talent development, and sustainability and legacy.

“We are thrilled to welcome an extraordinary group of keynote presenters and breakout speakers who bring deep expertise and real-world experience to the programme,” said AIME Event Director Silke Calder.

Keynotes will be delivered by leadership coach Dan Haesler, behavioural scientist Milo Wilkinson, and entrepreneur Kristina Karlsson, each offering distinct perspectives on engagement, trust, and purpose-driven leadership.

Over 30 expert speakers will contribute to the programme, with support from key content partners including SITE ANZPCMA APACAIPCAuSAEEarthCheckICCA APAC, and IAPCO. Sessions will address topics such as AI integration, legacy-led event design, and commercialising creativity.

Knowledge-sharing will extend across the show floor on 10 and 11 February via the returning Ideas Academy, presented by Spice, offering short-format content to spark dynamic discussion.

AIME 2026 is expected to attract over 4,500 attendees, including 700 exhibitors and 700 hosted buyers, with more than 20,000 pre-scheduled appointments.
