The third edition of the Global Women’s Forum Dubai 2024 (GWFD 2024) brought together a lineup of global leaders, partners, and thought influencers at Madinat Jumeirah to explore innovative strategies for advancing women’s economic empowerment and addressing gender parity challenges.
Among the notable attendees were international film icon Aishwarya Rai, lawyer Camille Vasquez, and renowned author Deepak Chopra, adding star power to the Forum’s mission-driven discussions.
Her Excellency Mona Al Marri, Chairperson and Managing Director of Dubai Women Establishment, said: “The Global Women’s Forum Dubai 2024 is more than a platform; it is a movement dedicated to harnessing global expertise to pave the way for equitable opportunities and to inspire women to reach their highest potential.”
With key partners such as the World Bank, IFC, We-Fi, OECD, and UAE Gender Balance Council, the Forum delivered workshops and panels addressing critical global challenges, including a dedicated session on the World Bank’s “Women, Business, and the Law Report.”
Discussions explored innovative solutions for measuring women’s economic rights and expanding opportunities worldwide.
