5th November 2025

The Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZ), part of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ), has announced a strategic alliance with Forbes Middle East to launch the Future Growth Nexus Summit in March 2026.

Set to take place in Dubai, the summit will convene global leaders from government, business, investment, and technology to address the forces reshaping international trade and economic sustainability. The partnership agreement was signed by Amna Lootah, Director General of DAFZ, and Khuloud Al Omian, CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Forbes Middle East.

“For more than 25 years, DAFZ has played a strategic role at the heart of the global trade, bridging markets from East to West,” said Lootah. “Through hosting the Future Growth Nexus Summit from the heart of Dubai, we aim to shape the future of global commerce and innovation.”

Positioned as a catalyst for sustainable transformation, the summit will spotlight advances in AI, digital trade, and green technology. It also aims to support the UAE’s ‘We the UAE 2031’ vision for a diversified and innovation-led economy.

“This partnership with DAFZ marks the beginning of a long-term strategic collaboration… shaping future policies and attracting high-value investments,” said Al Omian. “The Future Growth Nexus Summit will serve not only as a forum for dialogue, but as a catalyst for launching strategic initiatives.”
