At its General Assembly in Brussels, the European Society of Association Executives (ESAE) welcomed four new Board members and endorsed a renewed strategic direction for 2025–2028.
Joining the Board are Ewa Abramiuk-Lété (Liquid Gas Europe), Sven Bossu (AIPC), Paolo Falcioni (APPLiA), and Chiara Gasparotto (ESTRO)—leaders whose expertise in advocacy, strategy, and digital innovation will strengthen ESAE’s role in supporting Europe’s association professionals.
Members also approved a refreshed vision—“Association professionals are the driving force behind real change in Europe”—and a mission focused on connection, learning, and growth. These are anchored by values of inclusivity, integrity, and collaboration.
The new three-year strategy targets three priorities: growing and engaging membership, promoting practical learning, and reinforcing ESAE’s governance.
“With fresh voices and a clear plan, we’re ready to empower our members more than ever,” said ESAE President Mohamed Mezghani.
