A select group of association executives will convene in Paris on 29 June 2026 for Be Our Guest – Association Edition, an invitation-only event bringing together international association decision-makers and leading European destinations and venues for a focused afternoon of pre-scheduled meetings and peer exchange.
Organised by DBF Events in partnership with the Paris Convention Bureau, the gathering takes place at the Hotel Pullman Montparnasse and is deliberately designed to sidestep the noise of the traditional trade show format. Participation is limited, meetings are scheduled in advance based on each association’s event pipeline, and the emphasis throughout is on relevance and quality of conversation rather than volume of contacts.
