IAPCO Launches ‘Dear Associations’ to Champion Accredited PCOs

1st October 2025

The International Association of Professional Congress Organisers (IAPCO) has unveiled Dear Associations, a new global advocacy campaign highlighting the unique value IAPCO Accredited PCOs bring to associations worldwide.

Building on the success of Unlocking Excellence, the initiative speaks directly to the association community, underlining how accredited members deliver measurable impact through knowledge-sharing, governance support, advocacy, and outcomes that matter.

“Associations deserve the highest standards, and IAPCO accreditation is that guarantee,” said Martin Boyle, CEO of IAPCO. “From strategic guidance and content curation to logistical precision and compliance expertise, our members bring unmatched competency, creativity and care to every detail.”

IAPCO members are deeply embedded in association strategy, balancing membership value, governance and commercial frameworks. They also drive advocacy and policy outcomes on both national and international stages.

The benefits of accreditation were echoed by Rui Pinho, President of the EUCENTRE Foundation: “The success of our international conference could not in any way have been reached without the partnership of an IAPCO Accredited member. In any industry and profession, the process of accreditation always plays a critical role in ensuring not only the provision of quality services, but also the adoption of up-to-date practices and principles.”

According to IAPCO, its members delivered nearly 10,000 health and life science conferences worldwide in 2024, generating more than €7 billion in economic impact.

Running from late September to December 2025, Dear Associations will feature case studies, client endorsements, social media activations and a strong presence at IBTM World in Barcelona.
