Maastricht has won the right to host the European Congress on Biotechnology (ECB 2024) from 30 June to 3 July 2024 at the MECC conference centre.
The city was an obvious choice for the event as it is a major player in biotechnology; the MERLN Institute for Technology-Inspired Regenerative Medicine is based there as well as companies like DSM and Mosa Meat.
Participants will have the opportunity to tap into all the knowledge available in the area and form new partnerships also with neighbouring biotechnology networks in Belgium, Germany and France.
The European Congress on Biotechnology 2024 is a joint congress of IBS2024 and ECB 2024 and will close with the annual Netherlands Biotechnology Conference, NBC-24.
