The European Society of Association Executives (ESAE) is convening a timely discussion on Association Reserves Management for a Resilient Future on 30 September 2025, from 16:00 to 17:00 CEST.
The webinar will consider what constitutes an adequate level of reserves depending on organisational size and strategic objectives, and will provide practical insights into how resources can be deployed to strengthen resilience.
Moderated under the Chatham House Rule, the exchange will bring together senior voices from the sector, including Antoine Druetz, Partner at EY Law, Frederick E. Schea, President of Pennswood Consulting and former Chair of the Institute of Management Accountants, as well as Liesbeth Switten, Secretary General of the Association of Issuing Bodies and ESAE Vice-President.
