Nice Convention and Visitors Bureau announced the launch of a new convention centre in the heart of the city.
Opening in the coming months, the venue will debut by hosting the United Nations Ocean Conference and will be available for private hire from this autumn.
Located on the port in Nice’s historic centre, the venue blends modern functionality with the city’s Mediterranean charm.
The venue is ideally positioned for both international and local attendees:
• 25 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport via a direct tram line
• A 10-minute walk from the city centre
• Surrounded by hotels and restaurants, ensuring easy access to accommodation and dining options
For an authentic and sustainable experience, delegates are encouraged to walk or cycle along the city’s renowned seafront to reach the venue, offering a stress-free and environmentally friendly way to arrive at their event.
Designed to accommodate events of various scales and formats, the convention centre boasts a range of modular spaces tailored to meet the needs of organisers:
• A 4,000m² modular hall, adaptable for exhibitions, plenary sessions, and networking areas
• 1,200m² dedicated to sub-committee meetings
• A 4,000m² esplanade, providing an open-air extension for receptions and social gatherings
• A 1,400m² panoramic rooftop, offering spectacular views over the port and Mediterranean
