The upcoming Estrel Tower in Berlin is set to significantly expand one of Europe’s largest integrated meetings and hospitality complexes. Rising 176 metres over the Neukölln district, the 45-storey skyscraper will become Berlin’s tallest building when it opens in 2026 and the tallest hotel in Germany.
Designed as an extension of the Estrel Berlin complex, the tower will add 522 hotel rooms, serviced apartments, offices and dedicated event space, including sky-level meeting areas and restaurants overlooking the city. It will be physically connected to the existing Estrel Hotel, the Estrel Congress Center and the Estrel Show Theater, creating a fully integrated environment for meetings, conventions and entertainment.
For the business events sector, the project represents a major capacity boost. Once completed, the expanded Estrel campus will offer around 1,700 guest rooms and more than 50,000 m² of event space, reinforcing Berlin’s position as a leading European destination for large-scale congresses and international meetings.
