Choose Torino (Turin) for your next conference and benefit from up to €8,000 as well as an advantageous package of diverse services.

Located in the heart of Europe and well connected to the main cities in Italy and abroad, Torino offers top-level congress structures and services, excellent hotel accommodation and a great historical, artistic and cultural heritage.

In collaboration with the Turin Chamber of Commerce, Turismo Torino e Provincia Convention Bureau can help European and international associations organize events in the city, offering benefits and services to planners and delegates alike. This ranges from €2,000 to €8000 euros and can cover part of the costs for the renting of the conference venue, of the venue for gala dinners or social events, the organizations of the welcome cocktail/coffee breaks/lunches,  transport, the hotel overnight stays of speakers, and/or the setting up of the organizational secretariat.

Eligibility Criteria
• a minimum of 300 participants
• Turin has not already been selected as the host city of the event at the time of the subvention request (for example, it should be in the bidding process)
• must be held between 2019 and 2025
• duration: minimum 2 consecutive overnight stays in Torino
• type of event: association congresses and corporate events
