Associations Forum and Wentworth Advantage conduct annually the Associations Salary Survey and this tear’s results were surprising. In 2021 the survey examined job titles examined like Event Manager, Conference & Events Manager, Head of Engagement & Events and Events & Sponsorship Manager. and found an overall increase of 5% in the average total salary package.
Despite the pandemic, the positive outlook is encouraging and is expected to rise.
