Apply Now for AIME’s Hosted Buyers Program

The Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME), the leading trade event for the meetings and event industry in the Asia Pacific region, is in full preparation.

Owned by the Melbourne Convention Bureau, AIME will host 500 buyers from around the world, welcome 3500 visitor buyers and up to 400 exhibitors from various business events sectors and countries.

Set to take place at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from 19 – 21 February 2024, the event has now opened applications for the 2024 Hosted Buyer Program.

Senior event professionals are invited to apply and, if accepted, receive complimentary return economy flights to Melbourne, group transfers, luxury accommodation, meals and exclusive invitations to VIP networking events.

Additionally, Australian and New Zealand based event professionals who apply for the 2024 Hosted Buyer Program before 31 October 2023 and are accepted into the program, can win an incredible Canadian experience.
