Congrex Switzerland has announced its new partnership with the European Society of Retina Specialists (EURETINA) as its Core Professional Congress Organizer (PCO) and association management support service provider beginning in 2024.
EURETINA, established in 2000 and now with over 5,000 members, is at the forefront of the retina subspecialty in ophthalmology. Its annual Congress is a pivotal event in the retina science community, attracting global experts and delegates.
This collaboration represents a significant expansion for Congrex Switzerland, as it gears up to manage EURETINA’s annual conference, anticipated to welcome over 8,000 participants.
The 24th EURETINA Congress in 2024 will be a hybrid event, taking place in Barcelona and online, embodying EURETINA’s commitment to inclusivity and accessibility.
The partnership also underscores a shared vision for promoting diversity and nurturing future leaders in the field, with a focus on diverse representation among its teaching faculty.
