Boardroom’s partner ASSOCIATIONWORLD is organizing an online workshop themed “Restructurings and (cross-border) conversions of European and international associations” on January 8.
On 1 May 2019, a new Belgian Code of Companies and Associations entered into force. For European / International associations, this new Code replaces the “old” Law of 27 June 1921 on not-for-profit associations, foundations and European political parties and foundations.
In the workshop Sarah Verschaeve , from Curia will discuss the existing and new possibilities created by the new Code in the field of restructurings and (cross-border) conversions of European / International associations.
