Tourism New Zealand has launched the Delegate Marketing Hub, a resource-packed digital platform designed to support conference and event organisers.
The hub provides over 150 free marketing tools, including customisable promotional materials, videos, and social media content, all designed to showcase events in New Zealand effectively.
The platform also features a suite of toolkits offering guidance through the conference planning process, with resources on maximising attendance, integrating Māori culture authentically, reducing environmental impact, and ensuring conferences contribute positively to the local community.
Tourism New Zealand General Manager NZ & Business Events Bjoern Spreitzer says: “We want to make it easy for organisers to promote their event and New Zealand to attract as many registrations as possible and ensure the success of their event.“The how-to guides not only support organisers on their conference hosting journey, but ensure the events held here enrich New Zealand beyond the economic impact, by providing meaningful connections with our culture, people, and environment.”
Organised by asset type and location, the hub includes a filtering tool for ease of use, ensuring organisers can quickly find and utilise resources to boost event attendance and impact.
