LiveCom Alliance (LCA), the independent European institute for live communication, has conducted a study on ‘The Future of Live Communication’. Based on the view of customers for the first time, this study aimed at finding out what changes are coming in the value creation processes and how the event industry ‘ecosystem’ can be realigned.
