Hailing from Sibongile, Dundee in the north of KwaZulu-Natal, Poppy Khoza is a woman who firmly believes in setting an example and advocating for organizational values, including service excellence, teamwork, integrity, collaboration, and promoting sound corporate governance. Her notable accomplishments in the global aviation community attest to her impressive achievements.
Over the years, South Africa has actively participated in global discussions related to regulatory aspects of aviation. Most recently, at the 41st Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization, which Poppy Khoza presides over, South Africa’s unbroken membership in the 36-member Governing Council since 2003 was reaffirmed as it was re-elected to serve in the council.
