Copenhagen legacy Lab Strikes Again

9th November 2022

In its third year since it was first launched, Copenhagen Legacy Lab has now published the first of a series of legacy case studies.

The 7-step model was implemented to several conferences held in Copenhagen this past year, five of which were chosen to create the first series of case study papers.

The aim is to demonstrate how prioritising legacy already in the early stages of an association congress can lead to long-term positive change.

“In the three years since the launch of Copenhagen Legacy Lab, we have gained insight into the processes, challenges, and opportunities, just as we have been able to develop and finetune both methodology and tools. We have gathered our latest cases in this series which will be launched over the next weeks. They all differ, and each delivers different outcomes,” says Bettina Reventlow-Mourier, Deputy Convention Director at Wonderful Copenhagen

With new tools adjusted to the 7-step model, the study illustrates how legacy has been embedded in each step of the process and covers both the immediate outcomes as well as the potential long-term impact and legacy.
