Professional and academic representatives from the entire food industry will gather in Rimini, Italy, in the autumn of 2024. The the twenty-second edition of the IUFoST World Food Congress, coming to Italy for the first time, is set to take place at the Rimini Palacongressi from 8-12 September 2024.
The Italian Food Technology Association (AITA), in collaboration with the Convention Bureau of Rimini Riviera and the Rimini Palacongressi (part of the Italian Exhibition Group), and AIM Group International, as the congress organiser managed to win the important bid. 1,800 participants are expected over the five congress days to participate in the exhibition and to perform technical visits to international companies in the food sector.
