A collaboration between the Barcelona Convention Bureau, Geneva Convention Bureauand Singapore Tourism Board, the InterContinental Genève, idloom, Open Social, Congrex Switzerland and ASSOCIATIONWORLD, the event is set to be the first in-person association event after the lockdowns.
GIAF’s primary goal is to establish an annual international leading flagship platform for knowledge sharing in one of the world’s leading host destinations for associations, Geneva.
Bringing together the Geneva-based and international / European associations and non-profit organizations, it will set the scene to provide knowledge transfer, enable peer-to-peer exchange, share best practices. The ultimate goal is to design joint initiatives to tackle common challenges.
GIAF 2021 promotes a “risk free registration” and there is a 100% refund policy to all participants in case of the cancellation of GIAF due to Swiss government restrictions, should they come into effect.
