Grimaldi Forum Monaco will grow its capacity by 50%, with with 6,000 m2 of additional space by 2025. The Principality’s largest convention centre’s expansion is part of the government’s project to create an eco district as it strives for its goal to be carbon neutral by 2050.
The venue’s extension includes: the new Diaghilev Gallery and its 1,031 m2, able to accommodate nearly 370 m2 of net space for stands; the Carré and the Patio Rooms over a total surface area of 1,453 m2, able to accommodate nearly 670 m2 of net space for stands or be divided into up to 8 meeting rooms of 376 PAX in theatre style; the Pinède Hall of 3,180 square meters, with a capacity of up to 1,320 m2 of net space for stands in an exhibition configuration, up to 10 modular meeting rooms each accommodating 80 people in a theatre style, or a sit-down dinner for up to 1,650 people in for catering.
To complete the expansion and benefit from the good weather, the new Grimaldi Forum will take advantage of an additional 2,000 m2 of outdoor space.
