Geneva is staying committed to developing sustainability actions for more responsible tourism. The Geneva Tourism & Convention Foundation has therefore created the new web page “Sustainability in Geneva” to respond to current social, environmental and economic challenges.
The new page contains information on new strategies and actions, concerning the environment and sustainability in general, adopted recently in the greater Geneva region; it offers visitors suggestions on low carbon activities during their stay; and promotes local production and consumption in the food industry with quality and local produce labels.
