Seoul Convention Bureau has launched a renewed and upgraded 3D MICE event platform, Virtual Seoul 2.0.
Four new venues have been added to the platform, as well as an innovative Content Management System (CMS) which allows event planners to customize their events. With the PLUS SEOUL support for online/hybrid events, conference organizers can utilize the platform at no extra cost – should they wish to organize a hybrid event in Seoul flawlessly.
In addition to Coex, the most famous exhibition and convention centre of the country, venues that have made Virtual Seoul 2.0 are Nodeul Island, Seoul’s unique venue in Hangang river, Seoul City Hall and Seoul Tourism Plaza. In total, there are now 9 venues that can be rent ‘virtually’. Related functions include: scheduling business meetings including PSA between buyer and seller, exchanging digital business cards, and managing a booth with promotion videos and brochures.
Meanwhile, the CMS system provides event organizing functions like setting to broadcast VODs and branding functions to post logos, banners, promotion video across the platform.
