In this light, Brussels Association Insights – the team dedicated to associations – is organising a webinar titled “Roadmap 2021: Preparing for uncertainty” on Wednesday, 25 November 2020 at 11:00am-12:00pm CET.
Topics like how to build a sound association strategy in the face of uncertainty; how to ensure continued support from members, volunteers and funders; how to react to changing member needs and priorities; and how to develop financial models that reflect the new reality will be addressed by expert speakers.
